Increase Your Height Naturally in 5 Easy Steps

Hold this position for 5 seconds, inhaling as you go down. Then come back, release your breathe, and arch your back backwards and raise your arms behind your head as if you were yawning. This releases tension all over your body and prepares your body to grow a lot more while human growth hormone is secreted.

Increase Sales Coaching Tip - Use Free Publicity

Are you budget conscious when it comes to your sales efforts? Have you thought of leveraging the power of free publicity to increase sales?

You want to sell your products or services. You have a limited sales or marketing budgets. What are you supposed to do?

Simply speaking, leverage the power of free publicity. Newspapers, radio stations, the Internet and even some television or cable outlets are always on the lookout for fresh and new content. Associations or Local chambers of commerce to civic groups to professional association also need new content in the form of speakers.

For example, I write a business column for a local newspaper, the Post-Tribune, in northwest Indiana. Currently, this column is generating approximately one customer per month. This is free publicity. And since the column is also online, I can track traffic to my website as well.

Additionally, this column continues to generate speaking opportunities for me as well. And when I receive a speaking engagement, I send out a press release as well as post it on my website. All of these actions are not costing me anything except a little time.

Also, I use Internet article marketing as a free publicity strategy. This strategy has generated me clients as well as other writing opportunities.

Returning to newspapers, most local newspapers have business calendars or columns devoted to short business blurbs about this person being hired or that person being promoted. These blurbs are really press releases in disguise. You can send what is happening about your business from new hires to the introduction of new products.

One of my clients just built a brand new office building and has moved his architectural and construction business out of his home. I asked if he had notified the local press about this move? He said No, but it is on my list. He was awaiting for the open house date.

My suggestion to him was to make the announcement of the new facility and then make a second announcement of the open house. His concern was sending too many press releases.

As long as your press releases have valid content, media outlets will publish them. The only restriction is room. Just make sure you give the media enough time to publish your press release.

Free publicity is a great way to increase sales especially during slow economic times. All you have to do is be open to the opportunities and leverage them when they appear.

Introduction to Height Increase Exercise

Part I - Spine Stretching Exercise

Height increase is the idea that one can perform exercises or other methods (other than limp lengthening surgery) to induce physical increase in one's height naturally, even after puberty age.

The height increase exercise that is most often mentioned is the spine stretching exercise.
Spine stretching exercise essentially is a spinal decompression process that aims specifically to elongate the spinal column.

The rationale behind spine stretching exercise is that since the earth exerts gravitational pull on everything that rest on it which obviously includes your body, thus by offsetting this gravitational pull one can restore his/her natural height. Gravity pulls down the natural gaps between each spinal disc of your spinal column and can decrease your natural height up to 1-3 inches. It is a known fact that when you wake up in the morning, you can be about 1-3 inches taller. This is because the laying down position of sleeping throughout the night has relaxed the spine in such a way that the decompression from gravity has been neutralized. Unfortunately, within a few hours of being upright (include in both sitting and standing position) the spinal compression from gravity would you shorten again.

The spine stretching exercises focus on training your spine to resist this gravity pulls by constantly helping your spine to relax and to restore the natural fluidity within those spinal column gaps between the discs.

There are many activities that are known to be effective for spinal decompression. The most common spine stretching exercise is hanging on a bar with your body suspense in midair. This is typically done with a traditional pull-up bar. The concept is simple which is utilizing the strength of your arms and shoulder to support your entire body weight. This way your body is being pulled down by gravity but unlike normal upright walking, your feet do not counteract against the gravitational pull. So instead of decompression of the spine, you got a relaxed spine that is being pulled straight downward. It is recommended that hanging to be done on daily basis and with each session lasting at least for 1-5 minutes. The duration for hanging sessions tend to be quite short due to the demanding arms and shoulders strength. But this should be improved over time as the arms and shoulders got stronger from repetitive training.

One great debate that has been ongoing is whether the height obtained from stretching is permanent. There seems to be evidence for both scenarios. A good number of people who experience immediate gain from spinal stretching such as hanging have reported that height increase has been lost after abandoning the stretching routine. One explanation for height loss from lack of maintenance is that those individuals lack physical activities, in particular with their core muscle around the spinal column. When the core muscles are not strong enough, the gravity would eventually take back the height gain. For those reports that height increase was permanent, those tend to be individuals who are physically active and have a strong core that can maintain the loosened state of the spinal column.

That is why it is not enough to merely stretch out the spine regularly, but also to build strength around your core to ensure the height increase would be permanent. Core muscle training is the solution.

Increase Sales Coaching Tip - Leverage Free Publicity

Are you looking for new ways to increase sales? Have you considered using free publicity to achieve that sales goal?

Free publicity is anytime that your name appears and you do not have to pay in actual dollars to get your name in the news. Most people are familiar with the most frequent free publicity strategy of press releases.

A written message is created that lists the essentials of Who, What, Where, When and Why specific to something about you and your business. These messages are then distributed to the various news media outlets from local newspapers to radio to television stations. With the Internet, even a non-copy writing expert can easily craft a fairly well written press release.

Newspapers, printed journals and even some other media vehicles have open spaces and open time in which they need to fill. Press releases provide that fill opportunity. Additionally, press releases can be sent to places on the Internet including blogs not to mention your own business website.

Each time something new happens to your business or even yourself submit a press release. Sales Coaching Tip: Send single submissions and make a goal to sent out at least 2 a month.

Another free publicity strategy is writing for locally published newspapers. If you are business coach, health guru, real estate expert, etc., you can write a column based on any number of subjects depending upon your expertise and your own personal branding. Sales Coaching Tip: Return to your marketing action plan and sales plan to ensure alignment of your actions.

For example, as a business coach I write a business building column. After writing this weekly column since March of 2007, I am now receiving one inquiry a month specific to my services or local speaking engagements. This free publicity strategy is more long term than short term as far as generating results.

Speaking at local chambers of commerce to civic organizations is another free press strategy. Not only do you have the opportunity to pass out some information, you are potentially recognized as an expert. Then after you speak, you can issue a written press release (more free publicity) about your most recent speaking engagement.

Another free publicity strategy is Internet article marketing. This strategy works especially well if you like to write and share your knowledge with others. On the Internet there are literally hundreds of sites where you can deposit articles with links back to your website.

This increase sales coaching tip is very much action focused. If you want to increase sales, then you may need to expand your sales skills beyond gaining the commitment and truly become innovative in your approach to business building.
